Why did René Redzepi Launch the Foraging Program VILD MAD (Wild Food)?

René Redzepi started the foraging initiative VILDMAD in 2017. VILD MAD – Danish for wild food – is a program designed to teach you to read the landscape and to discover its culinary potential. Explore our program cataloguing wild ingredients found in the Danish landscape, and the many ways to cook with them.
